“Aurora” is a modern take on Mid-Autumn reunion — а mooncake of 8 colours, symbolizing 8 heartfelt emotions: happiness, health, hope, joy, gratitude, longing, peace, and love. A golden salted egg yolk glows at the center like a wish in the moon, gently wrapped in soft white peach skin, as tender as moonlight. More than a number, “8” reflects wholeness — like families gathered in a circle under the full moon.
Crafted with eight carefully curated fillings — Fragrant and smooth yam paste, rich custard, silky lotus seed paste, refreshing coconut pandan, aromatic black sesame, and savoury salted egg yolk — all wrapped in a Momoyama skin, creating a true feast for both the eyes and the palate.
