Follow these simple steps to use your Setel Voucher :
1. Visit or download the Setel App for free at Google Play Store/App Store/Huawei App Gallery.
2. Register a Setel Account.
3. Select “Pay” at the homepage, click on “Top-up”
4. Select “Voucher top-up”
5. Fill in the code under “Top-Up Voucher”.
6. You may now start using your Setel Wallet.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Voucher is applicable for one (1) time usage only.
2. Voucher codes sold are NOT returnable, refundable, revised, replaced or exchangeable if lost, damaged, or expired unless you received incorrect items which are mistakes by Setel such as wrong delivery, invalid voucher codes, otherwise, it will not be accepted for return.
3. You shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the Setel Voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, We shall not refund, exchange, and/or replace the Setel Voucher for any reason unless you received an incorrect Voucher which is a mistake by us such as wrong delivery or invalid voucher codes.
4. This voucher is to be used within the stipulated period stated on the given voucher.
5. Voucher is valid for redemption on the Setel app.
6. Create an account or log in to your Setel app to use this voucher.
7. Voucher is no longer valid upon expiring. Strictly no extensions allowed.
8. Vouchers are available for new & existing Setel customers.
9. Vouchers are redeemable at Setel-enabled Kedai Mesra as well
10. Not redeemable for cash, whether in part or full.
