Reheating instructions

• Steam-vent must be opened when placing sealed container in microwave. To open vent, place fingers into doughnut-shaped opening and lift upwards. Do not close vent cap immediately after reheating.
• Reheat for not more than 3 mins. If longer reheating is required, stop after 3 mins, remove the seal and stir for even reheating. Then resume reheating for less than 3 mins.
• Reheat on Microwave meduam heat level.
• Feet on udnerside allow air circulation to enhance reheating.
