Ingredients to serves 4 - 6 persons : 

• 1 packet New Moon Chicken Curry Paste
• 600g Chicken Meat
• 450g Potato (peeled and cubed)
• 500ml Water
• 100ml Coconut Milk

Steps

1. Put all ingredients into pot and mix well. Bring to boil
2. Lower heat and simmer approximately 25 minutes until cooked
3. Add coconut milk/ yoghurt milk/ fresh milk
4. Mix well. Ready to serve
