• The card can be used for transactions in all branches of LuLu Hypermarket Malaysia.
• This card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• This card can only be used if its is in good condition; when the barcode can be verified.
• Cards that have been purchased cannot be returned/cancelled and all forms of transfer be the sole responsibility of the Cardholder.
• Shopping cards can be used in full or partial payments as long as there is sufficient balance and it can't be refilled
• The card or balance in the card cannot be exchanged for cash. The balance cannot be used after the expiration of the card's validity.
• In the event of loss, theft, forgery or damage, this card cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded (total / partial).
• All forms of fraud/forgery will be dealt in accordance with the rules applicable under the Law.
