Story about KANDA – Since 1965
- We’re not just about making pans – we’re about passing down craftsmanship.
- Our story began in 1965 in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, a place known for handmade metalwork.
- For decades, we’ve been combining traditional skills with modern innovation to create kitchen tools that last.
- Quality is at the heart of everything we do – because great cooking starts with great tools.
- Craftsmanship, passed down. Always.

- Heat usage: This pan heats up very quickly. Always use medium/low heat and avoid empty/dry heating to prevent burning and discoloration.
- Cleaning: Do not put in dishwasher or soak in hot water for long periods, as it may damage the wooden handle.
- Wood handle: Natural wood grains or small dents are normal and harmless.
- Loose handle: If loose, tighten the screw from the end of the handle with a screwdriver.
- After cooking: Let the pan cool before rinsing to prevent handle or lid from cracking.
