The RPHA 91 is HJC's new modular touring helmet designed for all-day comfort. The new shell in Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (P.I.M. EVO) offers improved impact-resistant performance and is lightweight thanks to the use of reinforcing materials that include carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric and flax fiber ( natural fibre). The new distortion-free HJ-37 visor and HJ-V17 sun visor provide clear and improved peripheral vision for the rider. Designed to perfection, the chin guard locking system now has a hidden locking point that allows for smooth contact and less pressure on the cheek area. Its design allows you to keep noise levels to a minimum thanks to the 3D interior design which also includes the neck protection system. The specific design of the EPS allows the use of prescription or solar glasses. The RPHA 91 is also ready for second generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems.

Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 approval. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin bar structural integrity and labeling requirements for on-road motorcycle helmets.

Integrated sun visor: The sun visor with anti-fog coating and smoke tint VISOR opens quickly and easily thanks to the new operating system positioned at the bottom. The new mechanism allows you to adjust the depth in 3 different positions based on the user's morphology and preferences, for an optimal fit.

Emergency Kit: Emergency kit (pillows) for safe and rapid rescue in an emergency situation. DOUBLE D-RING RAPID FIRE SHIELD Replacement System: A simple and secure shield ratchet system provides ultra-quick, tool-free removal and installation for efficient operations.

The new VISERA lock is easier to open and safer thanks to its push and release system.

• Possibility to lock the chin guard when you want to ride in the open position for safer driving.
• The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position to facilitate donning and reduce wind resistance.
• Additionally, the bottom closure system automatically hides in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
• The new two-way chin guard allows the helmet to be more compact (lower than in the past) and at the same time open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
