High-tech Alumite Special Method
What is the Alumite processing?
Ordinary casting pots have a low level of purity and density, because air or impurities are mixed during production. As a result, those pots are corroded easily. Alumite special processing is a special anti-corrosion method applied to core parts, such as semiconductors, aircrafts and vessels. Processing is composed of 8 phases. A fine ceramic oxide film is created on the pot, which provides very strong surface strength, outstanding anti-corrosion function, and strong durability.
Advanced Alumite special processing + High- Purity ceramic coating
The same special Alumite processing is applied to the inside and outside. High-purity ceramic coasting is also applied to resist against scratch and abrasion after applying Alumite processing. In addition, the pot keeps the strong anti-corrosion characteristics when cooking korean food that is normally salty such as the kimchi stew and bean stew, and has the excellent nonstick function and cleaning power.
Integrated with start pattern embossing
The Happycall's unique star pattern embossing on the bottom of the pot reinforces the nonstick function and improves heat efficiency, so that food doesn't adhere to the pot.
Eco-friendly porcelain
As porcelain triple coating designed by Pero in Netherlands is applied, the Happycall Diamond frying pan is strong against the scratch on the exterior decoration or peeling-off. Exterior decoration with wave spread patterns
