Terms & Condition

1. This Gift Card can be used to make purchases in Decathlon stores in Malaysia only. This gift card cannot be used on the website www.decathlon.my. In Decathlon stores -This Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions, until the value of the Gift Card is used or until the Gift Card expires. If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference can be made up with another form of payment. If the value of the purchase is less than the available balance on the Gift Card, no change will be given for the remaining balance.
2. This Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
3. The risk of loss of the Gift Card passes to the purchaser at the time of the purchase. Decathlon Malaysia is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of this gift card if it is lost, stolen, damaged or if its validity period expires. The bearer of the gift card will be taken to be the owner of the gift card in these circumstances.
4. This Gift Card cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.
5. This Gift Card may not be reloaded with additional funds after purchase.
6. Return of items purchased with this Gift Card will be refunded using another Gift Card.
7. Decathlon Malaysia shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsover, arising from or in connection with unauthorised use of the Gift Card.
8. Decathlon Malaysia reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

No. The value of the gift card cannot be changed after purchasing it.

If you would like to return an item purchased with Decathlon Gift Card, your refund will be credited to another Decathlon Gift Card.
