Product Description
Follow these simple steps to use your chargeEV Credit Voucher :
1. Visit or download the chargEV App on Google Play Store/Apple App Store
2. If you haven’t already, login or register for a chargEV account
3. From the homepage, tap the ‘More’ button on the bottom pane
4. Navigate to the ‘Redeem Package’ page
5. Paste or key-in the voucher code received from the reward email into the blank field and tap ‘Continue ’
6. Confirm the voucher amount and tap ‘Continue’
Congratulations! You’ve got credits.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Charging credit voucher is applicable for one (1) time usage only.
2. Unused charging credit voucher will be forfeited upon the expiry of a one-year validity period from the date of code issuance.
3. Expired charging credit voucher cannot be redeemed, reinstated or extended.
4. You shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or expiry of the charging credit voucher.
5. Can be used to pay for charging for charging transactions that amount to RM50 or less, after any membership plan discounts.
6. Can be used to pay for charging transactions on chargEV operated chargers in Malaysia through the chargEV app only.
7. Charging credit voucher is not redeemable for cash, whether in part or full.
